We are constantly looking for ways to improve our services to the community, the following information provides details of how to contact us with your views.

If you have a suggestion, complaint or a compliment write to us at the address below, or email yourviews@derbyshire.gov.uk

If you feel that we have failed to provide a service, acted wrongly or treated you unfairly or discourteously then we want to investigate and put things right. Details are given below on how to access the process for making a complaint.

If you have a complaint that involves Residential Care, Foster Care or Domiciliary Care you can also direct your complaint to the Commission for Social Care Inspection.
