I have used Flamecare for a number of years to service my central heating and have been very happy with their services.
FlameCare responded swiftly and courteously to our boiler crisis and had us back with heating and hot water on the same day. They were happy to come back twice more to finish off details once a part they ordered had arrived. Well worth the payments towards a care plan. They have never let us down.
Joined FlameCare November 2016 On 24th December 2017 my boiler broke down and I had no heating or hot water. I phoned them twice and left messages both times telling them of my problem and highlighting that I am in my seventies. I still have not been contacted by them. I have had to call British Gas and obviously had to pay them to repair my heating system. I have cancelled my Direct Debit to FlameCare and sent them an email but still no contact.
Chosen because a Trusted Trader but failed to do a repair. Made repeated excuses, failed to turn up for appointment made by them, and now will not answer phone. Needless to say have cancelled standing order. Certainly not giving Trusted Traders a good name.
This firm was asked to provide a quote for a repair. After an initial visit I was advised I would be contacted the following week and a quote would be provided. I did not receive a response and contacted this firm 2 weeks later to ask about the delay. Arrangements had to be made for another plumber to visit to clarify what parts were required. In all it took 2 visits and nearly 4 weeks for this firm to clarify what the problem was and what parts would be required !!!! Eventually I used another plumber who provide a quote and completed the work within a week. Given this experience I would not use Flamecare for any servicing or repair work.
Excellent service from the moment I made the first phone call to the completion of the boiler installation. Highly satisfied and will definitely use this business again.
I called Flamecare around 14.30pm to report that I've no heating. The engineer was at my house by 14.50pm and my heating was back on by 15.15pm which included a brand new thermostat. I can't recommend this company enough.
I called FlameCare late in the evening to report I had no heating and hot water.The lovely lady I spoke to was most helpful and promised we would have an engineer with us by 8.30am. Engineer turned up at 8.15am diagnosed the fault, went off to fetch the part needed, returned with part which was then fitted and my heating and hot water was back up and running by 9.30am. Cannot recommend FlameCare enough to people.

They attend swiftly for any boiler, heating or plumbing repair. Really good customer service from a nice bunch of guys. I would not afford expensive boiler repairs so the plumbing cover is perfect for me and my family.

All went very smoothly and engineer identified himself and arrived at the time arranged. He checked a lot more thoroughly than other gas companies I have dealt with previously.

I have been with Flamecare for approx 4 yrs for care and servicing of my boiler and heating and plumbing. They are always reliable to service boiler on time each year. I have also had them to a couple of minor repairs which were done within hours of reporting them.
Very happy with the work done, quote was reasonable, and more importantly Simon was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the direction of a boiler with a long guarantee. The work was carried out by Sean and I was very happy with the finish, apparently my kitchen cupboard made it quite a difficult job. They tidied up after themselves and took materials away. They even hung a bathroom cabinet for me as a favour. 10 out of 10, my house is now very toasty. Will recommend to friends and family.
The pipe disconnecting "may" have happened when the boiler was serviced by Flamecare. However, the fault was quickly and politely fixed.

Flamecare's service was excellent. An AM call when there was a problem with boiler and engineer. Here same morning and back following morning with part required. Sadly we have moved from area too far for them to cover.
Fantastic service - I rang this afternoon Saturday and they came out within and hour to fix the leaky boiler. I have always been impressed with their service when I have called them out on other occasions as well.

Following a late afternoon phone call an engineer arrived the next day to replace a leaking radiator valve enabling me to continue decorating. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently.
We contacted FlameCare midmorning about a problem with our central heating boiler. By 4.00 the same day a part had been ordered and replaced and everything was working. We were so impressed that we signed up straight away for a service plan. The four people we dealt with - Sam and Robert the engineers and Simon and Katie on the phone - were friendly, punctual and efficient. Outstanding service.
