About Eyam Tea Room

One of the owners of Eyam Tea Room is a nurse who has been committed to improving the health of the populations in which she has worked for the last 35 years. This is done by helping people who wish to know, become more informed about their own health choices. Healthy living and reducing risk of long term conditions is about choices made most of the time in daily life not necessarily all of the time. It is also important to have treats occasionally either socially having fun or with a balance of exercise boosting health and morale.
