Derbyshire Gold is part of the Gold Card scheme. This is a partnership between the county’s district councils, Derby City Council and us. The Gold Card is a discount and library card as well as a pass for free local bus travel throughout England. It also gives half fare travel on local trains. The card is issued to residents aged 60 or over and to people with certain disabilities.
