Erewash area Gold Card application
1. Applying in person
If you are an Erewash resident you can apply in person with your own photograph by visiting your local council office at the following times:
Ilkeston, Town Hall, main reception - Mon to Thur 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
Long Eaton, Town Hall, Derby Road - Mon to Thur 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
3. Applying by post
You can also apply for a Gold Card by sending your completed application form (which you can download from the more information section below) with photocopies of your proof documents and a passport-size photograph to:
