Derby City area Gold Card application
How to apply for your Gold Card if you live in Derby City. Please note that if you are a Derby City resident you need to complete a separate application form. For more information contact Derby City Council on 01332 293111.
1. Applying at a free photography sessions
You can have your photograph taken free of charge at the Council House if you arrive between 8.30am and 3pm any weekday. You do not need to make an appointment but you may have to wait at busy times. Please bring your competed application from and proof documents with you.
2. Applying by post
You can also apply for a Gold Card by sending your completed application form (which you can obtain from your local council office) with photocopies of your proof documents and a passport size photograph to:

Please note you cannot apply at Post Offices in Derby and your Gold Card cannot be used on the city's Park and Ride services.
