We have a number of information leaflets which are available free of charge. They will provide you with vital information about the goods and services you buy and use.

Our leaflets are divided into five areas:

Problems with Goods
These include a guide to wise shopping, selling on the net and your rights to cancel when buying at home.

Problems with Services
These include how to make a complaint about an unsatisfactory service and how to buy services.

Problems with Cars
These include buying a second-hand car, buying a motorcycle and vehicle repairs and servicing.

If you are in Dispute
These include writing a letter of complaint and getting evidence to prove your claim.

Other consumer problems
These include holidays, conned by competitions and insolvency.
