Here you can send us details of any not-for-profit service which provides care, support or advice for Derbyshire residents, to be listed in the Derbyshire Directory.

What happens after I've sent the form?
Once you have submitted the form, your entry will be processed, checked and made 'live'. This will take, at most, two weeks to be completed. Once it is live you can check the details and alert us if any amendments are needed. 

Is there a cost?
There is no charge at all to be included in The Derbyshire Directory.

The information you type into the boxes for the Contact Details will NOT be made public and will only be used by Derbyshire County Council to contact you about The Derbyshire Directory or related projects.
