If you represent an organisation that is already listed in the Derbyshire Directory, you can use the form below to send us details of any events you wish to list on this website.

We are happy to help you promote most types of events such as concerts, open days, lectures, fundraising or sponsored events, AGMs, trips and outings.

Your advertisement will appear on the events page of the directory.

This service is completely free of charge, but please remember that your organisation must first register and be accepted for the directory.

Please read the following information before you submit the form below. 
We may need to get in touch with you to check details of your event before your listing goes live. 

If the person submitting this form is not the person who registered the organisation for the directory, we may need to contact them to verify the event listing. 

We are not normally able to advertise an event if the information is received less than two weeks before the date of your event. 

Please note that the format of our event listings is text-only and we cannot include logos or poster artwork.

Your event will be advertised on this site within three working days and will be automatically removed the day after the event takes place (or on a Monday if event takes place on a Friday or Saturday).

Please note that the council reserves the right not to accept certain listings.
