Consumer advice and enquiries
Consumer Direct is a national consumer advice service supported by the Office of Fair Trading. Consumer Direct is the first point of contact for advice on consumer issues or complaints about a Derbyshire trader. Do it online
We have a number of forms which you can you can fill in online. You can:
