Guidance for completing your application

Trading Standards acts as a 'Responsible Authority' for the purposes of granting, varying or reviewing applications under this act.

In your application you will need to show how you aim to promote several objectives including dealing with the prevention of crime and disorder and protecting children from harm.

You should include the steps you intend to take to support these objectives in your application. If this information isn’t included we will be advising the appropriate licensing authority that you have failed to include these details and this could affect the success of your application.
