The hairdressing salon at Staveley Residential and Community Care Centre (RCCC) is available as a business opportunity, primarily for hairdressing and nail care but with an additional opportunity to offer beauty and/or holistic therapies.

The room is situated off the main reception area in the Staveley RCCC and provides approximately 15 sq m (161 sq ft). It has 2 hairdressing stations, one hair wash sink and 2 dryers. There is a Bistro Café on site which is open to the general public and WC's are available near the main reception.

Staveley RCCC is located off Calver Crescent, Staveley, Chesterfield, S43 3NQ

Opening hours

8am − 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am − 4pm Saturday and Sunday.
There will be an additional charge of £9.41 per hour if the hairdresser is open outside of the centre opening times.

Ample parking available on site, on a first come first serve basis.

Stock

There is no stock to transfer as this is a new business.

Rent and other charges

  • 3 year lease available.

  • £2,700 per annum (inclusive of service charge) payable quarterly in advance. 

Lease terms are subject to Contract and Council approval.

The Landlord shall be responsible for the repair and maintenance of both the interior and exterior of the building including the structure, and the cleaning and maintenance of the common parts.

Long Leasehold Opportunity

Chantry Playing Fields, Inkersall Road, Staveley, Chesterfield, S43 3JL

Playing field: 2.4 hectare (6 acres) and car park: 0.85 hectare (2.1 acres)

The playing field is located on Inkersall Road adjacent to Staveley Cemetery and to the rear of St Josephs Catholic and Primary School.  The car park is also located approximately 45 meters from the playing field. 

The playing field comprises of 2 adult pitches and 1 junior pitch.  The pitches are outlined and marked by white paint and each has a standard set of goal posts.  The site boundary is marked with a concrete post and wire fence.  There is also a purpose brick built changing room facility. 

The car park area is outlined by a number of mature trees and is secured by a barrier which can be locked to prevent unauthorised use. 

The playing fields are currently owned and managed by Derbyshire County Council.  The car park facility is leased to Derbyshire County Council from Chesterfield Borough Council for the benefit of the playing fields.  Both the car park and playing fields are offered on long leasehold basis.

There are a number of seasonal licences for use of the pitches which terminate in May 2012.
