There are a number of ways to contact the Derbyshire County Council Welfare Rights Service.

Telephone the Benefits Helpline on 0845 1202985 which is available between 11.00 am and 4.30 pm.
Outside Helpline Hours
Calls taken outside of these hours will automatically be diverted to Call Derbyshire. Call Derbyshire will pass your message on to the Welfare Rights Service the following day.
