Making Links
Making Links is a new project set up to improve communication between care professionals working with children throughout Derbyshire.
The Making Links team are responsible for looking at:
- Procedures and policies
- training
- communication
- IT requirements
- monitoring and evaluation.
The project is driven by the Every Child Matters agenda and reinforced by provisons in the Children Act 2004, we are leading on change in the following key areas:
Common Assessment Framework (including eCAF)
Integrated Children’s System (ICS) – Frameworki (Social Care Processes and Recording)
