Better Care, Higher Standards Charter Champions
The Charter Champions for the Better Care, Higher Standards charter have several responsibilities.
The Derbyshire Charter Champions will:
- Provide the information you need to access our services.
- Ensure that there are clear arrangments for complaints if there is dissatisfaction with services provided.
- Pledge to work together to make sure our services are provided in a coordinated way, so that the care and services you can expect to receive are comprehensive, timely and of a high standard.
