Better Care, Higher Standards

The Derbyshire Better Care, Higher Standards Charter is for anyone over the age of 18, or their carer, who needs support because of problems associated with old age, long term illness or disability, from Social Services, the Health Service or Housing Departments. The Charter is produced by a partnership of Derbyshire County Council's Social Services Department, Primary Care Trusts, District and Borough Councils in Derbyshire.
