This support is usually in the form of an alarm and/or a warden. The schemes that we will contribute towards are listed on the documents in the more information section.
How do I apply?
If you are in receipt of Pension Credit, Income-Based Jobseeker's Allowance or Income Support and are not currently in receipt of Supporting People Grant, but would like to apply, please complete the leaseholder claimant form in the more information section of this page and return it to the address at the top of the form.
Can I apply if I am not in receipt of Pension Credit?
Even if you are not in receipt of Pension Credit, Income-Based Jobseeker's Allowance or Income Support you may still be entitled to receive Supporting People Grant towards your service charge depending on the amount of capital and income you have. If you would like to apply please complete the leaseholder claimant form in the more information section of this page.
When will I receive payment?
We make payments quarterly in advance directly into your bank account. Payments will usually be made around the end of March, June, September and December each year.
