Performance indicators

Providers will complete quarterly returns relating to the following performance indicators:

SPI 1 - service availabilty (accommodation based services)

SPI 2 a - utilisation levels (accommodation based services)

SPI 2 b - utilisation levels (support services)

SPI 3 - staffing levels

SPI 4 - throughput
