Payments

Supporting People payments are made to providers every four weeks. The exception to this is around Christmas and Easter when payments may be made even further in advance to ensure they are paid on time.

New Client or New Housing Benefit Claimant Form - this form should be completed by new tenants or existing tenants who are new Housing Benefit Claimants. You can view or download this document from the more information section on this page.

Service User Amendment Form - this form should be completed every four weeks corresponding to the payment periods. The form should not be used to list all current tenants, its purpose is to highlight tenancy changes within payment periods.
