Derbyshire Supporting People Five Year Strategy and Business Plan.

The Derbyshire Supporting People Five Year Strategy and Business Plan was created following consultation with service users, voluntary organisations, carers, service providers, district and borough councils, health, probation and other stakeholders.

The aims of the Five Year Strategy and Business Plan include:

To set the framework for the future direction of the Derbyshire Supporting People programme.
To ensure that services are targeted on identified needs.
To identify realistic priorities.
To identify gaps in knowledge and understanding of needs.

Appendix L has recently been updated due to changes in service provision. The updated maps can be found in the Research and Information section.
