Where can I go for day care?

There are a number of venues providing day care for older people in Derbyshire.

These include purpose built day centres, residential homes, community rooms and village halls. Some of these venues have specialist groups for older people such as, mental health, sensory impairments and carer respite.

Some centres are run jointly with the Health Service and some are provided by independent organisations. However, the standard of care you receive will be similar, whoever is the provider.
