Better Care, Higher Standards
The Derbyshire Better Care, Higher Standards Charter is for anyone over the age of 18, or their carer, who needs support because of problems associated with old age, long term illness or disability, from Adult Care, the Health Service or Housing Departments.
The charter is produced in partnership with Derbyshire County Council's Social Services Department, Primary Care Trusts, District and Borough Councils in Derbyshire.
