Below are some of the questions we most frequently get asked about the blue badge scheme.
How many photographs do I need?
You require two passport size photographs, if you are unable to obtain this type of photograph, you can use two current snapshots, of a similar size, which clearly show your face.
Do you accept photocopies when I provide evidence or do I need to send the original?
Yes. Please send photocopies of your evidence and not the original.
I’ve lost my badge, what should I do?
Please Call Derbyshire on 08 456 058 058 and ask for an application form for a duplicate blue badge badge. You will be asked to supply a passport size photograph and to pay £1.
