Derbyshire fee levels

Below are the standard and quality premium fee levels we will pay to care homes throughout Derbyshire from 1 April 2008.

Some homes may decide to charge a higher rate, in which case the difference would need to be met by an agreed third party contribution, normally paid by a family member or carer.

Standard - Premium:

Residential care

Older people: £336.42- £345.52

Older people very dependent/mental helath/drug and alcohol: £355.21-£364.31

Physical disability (under 65 years): £417.36 - £426.46

Learning disability: £371.20 - £380.30

Nursing Care

Older people: £463.77- £472.87

Physical disability  (under 65 years): £512.26 - £521.36

Learning disability: £466.04 - £475.14

Mental ill health/drug and alcohol: £475.41- £484.51

Day Care - all residential & nursing - £29.00
