Getting a Direct Payment

What do I do if I want to take up Direct Payments?

If you already have services from Derbyshire County Council, speak to your worker and ask about getting a Direct Payment. 

This could be your Social Worker, Community Care Worker, Domiciliary Service Organiser, Day Opportunities Worker or in mental health services your Care Co-ordinator. 

If you don't have services from us at the moment, but think you need help from us, contact Call Derbyshire - 08 456 058 058. Ask for an assessment. At the assessment, let them know you would like a Direct Payment.
