Delivered meals
We provide a meals service which is designed to help support people at home.
Frozen meals are delivered once a fortnight with an assessed number of meals being delivered dependent on need.
This arrangement is subject to individuals meeting the Fair Access to Care criteria and Co-funding arrangements.
